用料:

菠菜 150克,切段

麻油 少许

调味料

日本芥末酱 1茶匙

盐 ?茶匙

做法

把菠菜川烫后,沥干水份,放入冰水中浸凉一会儿。

捞起菠菜沥干,加入混匀的调味料一起拌匀。

最后加入麻油拌匀即可。可放入冰箱冷冻后食用。

Ingredients

150g spinach, cut into sections

some sesame oil

Seasoning

1 tsp Japanese mustard

? tsp salt

Method

Blanch spinach and drain well. Soak briefly in ice water.

Remove spinach and drain well. Add Seasoning and toss well.

Add sesame oil and toss well. You may chill in fridge before serving.
