腊八粥--Sweet Porridge with Nuts and Beans

健康香甜素粥

用料A:
麦粒 15克,红豆 10克,黑豆 50克(一起浸水1小时),红枣 25克,班兰叶 8片,清水 2公升
用料B:
黑糯米 100克(浸水1小时),腰豆、埃及豆各 50克(浸水1小时),南瓜子、杏仁、葵花瓜子 各20克
用料C:
白糯米 100克,绿豆 10克(分别浸水1小时),番薯、山药、芋头 各30克(去皮洗净切2公分方块)
调味料:
有机糖蜜 300克,有机麦奶 300克
做法:
1. 把用料A放入大锅中,加水一起煮滚后,倒入电子砂煲以高温焖煮约3个小时。间中可增加水分和搅拌避免粘底。
2. 接着加入用料B,煮30分钟。
3. 用料C可各别煮30分钟,再和用料A和用料B一起搅合。
4. 加入适量有机糖蜜调味,食用时每碗可个别加入2汤匙麦奶添味。
Healthy Vegetarian Sweet Dessert
serves 10
Ingredients A:
15g wheat grains, 10g red beans, 50g black beans (soak all in water for 1 hour), 25g red dates, 8 pandan leaves, 2l water
Ingredients B:
100g black glutinous rice (soak in water for 1 hour)
50g each cashew nuts, chick peas (soak in water for 1 hour)
20g each pumpkin seeds, almonds, sunflower seeds
Ingredients C:
100g white glutinous rice, 10g mung beans (soak separately in water for 1 hour), 30g each sweet potato, Chinese yam, yam (peel, rinse and cut into 2 cm cubes)
Seasoning:
300g organic molasses, 300g organic oat milk
Method:
1. Put Ingredients A in a big pot, add water and bring to a boil. Pour into a slow cooker and cook over high heat for about 3 hours. During the cooking process, add water and stir occasionally to prevent the ingredients from sticking to the bottom.
2. Add Ingredients B and cook for 30 mins.
3. Cook Ingredients C separately for 30 mins. Mix into Ingredients A and B.
4. Add some organic molasses to taste. Serve with 2 tbsp oat milk added into each bowl.
