有机糙米素鸡饭--Organic Brown Rice with Chicken -- 【素食厨房】 食谱由《新之味》提供

糙米饭用料:

有机糙米 500克,班兰叶 6片,姜块 约10克(拍烂),酱青5克,麻油 1汤匙,海盐 1平汤匙,水 1250毫升

配料:

素鸡腿 10只,黄瓜半条(切片), 番茄1个(切片),黄梨 1/4个(切片),辣椒酱 适量

腌味料:

海盐 适量

做法:

1. 把有机糙米预先浸水45分钟后,沥干。

2. 用饭锅加入所有糙米饭用料一起煮至香熟。

3. 把素鸡腿加入海盐腌味30分钟后,用170°C烤30分钟。

4. 煮熟的糙米饭配搭素鸡肉、黄瓜片、番茄片、黄梨片和辣椒酱一起享用。

Brown Rice Ingredients:

organic brown rice 500g,pandan leave 6,ginger smashed 10g,light soy sauce 5g, sesame oil 1 tbsp,

sea salt 1 flat tbsp, water 1250ml

Ingredients:

vegetarian drumsticks 10,cucumber( cut into slices) 1/2, tomato(cut into slices) 1, pineapple (cut into slices)1/4, some chilli sauce

Marinade:

some sea salt

Method:

1. Soak organic brown rice in water for 45 minutes. Drain.

2. Add all Brown Rice Ingredients in a rice cooker. Cook till fragrant.

3. Add sea salt to vegetarian drumstick and marinate for 30 mins. Bake the vegetarian drumsticks at 170°C for 30 mins.

4. Serve cooked brown rice with vegetarian chicken, cucumber, tomato, pineapple and chilli sauce.
