1. 班兰茶饮 Pandan Tea

用料:

班兰叶 1棵,龙眼干 3-5克,红枣 5粒,清水 1.5公升(需盖过班兰叶)

做法:

把所有用料洗净,加入清水一起煮滚后,转慢火煮约2小时即可当茶饮。

功效:

帮助降尿酸及痛风。

Ingredients:

1 stalk pandan leaf, 3-5g dried longan, 5 red dates, 1.5 litres water, have to cover the pandan leaf

Method:

Rinse all ingredients. Add water and bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and cook for about 2 hours. Serve.

Effects:

Help to reduce uric acid levels and gout.

2. 艾叶茶饮 Mugwort Tea

用料:

艾叶 手握一束,滚水 800毫升

做法:

把艾叶洗净放入茶壶,冲入滚水加盖焖约20分钟后即可饮用。

功效:

有助于温胃去湿,但身体发热不可饮用。

Ingredients:

a bundle of mugwort, 800ml boiled water

Method:

Rinse mugwort and place into a teapot. Pour in boiling water then cover with lid. Leave the mugwort to brew about 20 minutes. Serve.

Effects:

Assist warming stomach and removing internal wetness. Do not drink when body feel hot.
