糙米合桃花生糊 -- Brown Rice Walnut Peanut Paste

用料: 核桃 50克,花生 50克,有机发芽糙米 50克,冰糖 20克,白开水 500毫升

做法:

1.核桃烫过热水沥干,放入烘炉用150oC烘约10分钟。

2.花生也放入烘炉,用150oC烘约20分钟至浅金黄色。

3.把所有用料放入搅拌机,倒入白开水搅打4分钟至幼滑,接着倒入锅中加热即可食用。

Ingredients: 50g walnut,50g peanut, 50g organic germinated brown rice, 20g rock sugar, 500ml drinking water

Method:

1. Blanch walnut in hot water and drain. Bake in oven at 150oC about 10 mins.

2. Bake peanut in oven at 150oC about 20 mins till slightly golden brown.

3. Place all ingredients into a blender, add drinking water and blend for 4 mins till smooth. Then pour into pot to heat up. Serve.
