材料:

小香菇 7、8朵,冬笋 250克

调味料:

生抽 1茶匙,素蚝油 1汤匙,水淀粉 适量

做法:

1. 香菇去蒂,用水泡软。挤去水份。冬笋切片,在热水当中煮十分钟去涩味。捞起。

2.锅中烧热油,放入泡好的香菇及冬笋翻炒,加生抽,素蚝油调味,加少量水焖一小会。用水淀粉勾一个玻璃芡起锅,即可。

Method:

1.Remove the stems of the mushrooms and soak in water until soft. Drain off the water. Slice bamboo and cook in hot water for 10 min to remove smell. Drain off water.

2. Hot the wok in hot oil and stir fry the mushrooms and bamboos. Add in the soy sauce, vegetarian oyster and little corn starch for a little while until a glass like layer is formed. Remove from wok and serve.
