材料:

素海参 500克,香菇 10朵,胡萝卜 一条,甜豆 100克,

冬笋 200克,姜 适量

调味料:

素蚝油 2汤匙,黑酱油膏 1汤匙,糖 1茶匙,麻油 1茶匙,清水 500ML,素鸡粉 1茶匙,水淀粉 适量

Method:

1.Cut ginger, carrot and mushrooms into strips. Cut bamboo shoots into cubes. Put aside.

2.Heat wok with oil and fry ginger and mushrooms. Put in the vegetarian sea cucumber and the rest of the ingredients to fry. Lastly, add the oyster sauce, sugar and dark soy sauce and fry evenly.

3.Put in the boiled water into the claypot and cover the lid for about 5 to 10 minutes. Dish it with MSG, sesame oil and serve.
