卤花生 / Braised Peanuts -- 文与图:余稀灵 翻译:颖心

材料:

大花生仁 200克,八角 1颗,桂皮 1克,清水 1000ml

调味料:

老抽 1汤匙,生抽 1茶匙,盐 1茶匙,糖 1茶匙,五香粉 1/4茶匙

做法:

1.花生仁用热水浸泡2个小时。

2.锅中放清水,加八角,桂皮以及所有调味料,煮开后,加入泡好的花生仁,转小火焖煮2个小时即可。

提示: 这道小菜最好选用山东的大花生仁来做。

Ingredients:

Big peanuts (shelled) 200g, Star Anise 1 pcs, Orange peel (dried) 1g, Water 1000ml

Seasonings:

Soy sauce (dark) 1tbsp, Soy sauce (light) 1tsp, Sal 1tsp, Sugar 1tsp

Ngor Hiang Powder 1/4 tsp

Method:

1. Soak peanuts in hot water for 2 hr.

2. Fill a pot with water and add the star anise, orange peel and the remaining seasonings to boil, then add in the soaked peanuts. Turn heat to low and cook for 2 hours.

Note: Use Shandong big peanuts for best results.
