材料:

干海带丝 30克, 白芝麻(炒香)4克,

调味料:

盐 1茶匙, 香油 1茶匙, 米醋 1茶匙, 生抽 1茶匙, 素味精 1/4茶匙

做法:

1. 干海带丝洗净,泡水一个小时

2. 以沸水泡焯约1分钟

3. 沥干后,用盘盛装

4. 拌入所有调味料,拌均。

5. 撒上白芝麻后,即可食用.

海带营养丰富,含有碘、铁、钙、蛋白质、脂肪以及淀粉,甘露醇,胡萝卜素,维生素B1、B2,尼克酸,褐藻氨酸和其他矿物质等人体所需要的营养成分。海带的含碘量达3%~5%。碘是人体内调节甲状腺功能的必需品。成年人缺碘,会引起甲状腺肿(粗脖子),儿童缺碘,则会影响大脑和性器官的发育。另外海带性凉,能消炎退热,补血润肺和降低血压。经常吃些海带,对防治地方性甲状腺肿大有特殊功效。

Ingredients:

Dried seaweed strips 30g, White sesame (fried) 4 g

Seasonings:

Salt 1tsp, Oil 1tsp, Rice vinegar 1tsp, Light soy sauce 1tsp, Vegetarian MSG 1/4tsp

Method:

1.Wash the dried seaweed strips and soak in water for 1 hour.

2.Scald with boiling water for 1 minute.

3.Dry and put on serving plate.

4.Dress with seasonings. Mix well.

5.Sprinkle with white sesame. Serve.

Seaweed contains nutrients rich in iodine, iron, calcium, protein, fat, starch, mannitol, carotene, vitamine B1 and B2, niacin, alginic acid and other minerals. Kelp contains about 3 to 5% of iodine, which is essential for the proper functioning of the thyroid glands in humans. Iodine deficiency in adults will cause goiter (bloated neck). In children, iodine deficiency will affect the development of the brain and sexual organs.
