材料:(4人份)

素排骨 1包,青灯笼椒 1个,红灯笼椒 1个,黄灯笼椒 1个,红萝卜 半条

调味料:

辣椒酱 3汤匙,番茄酱 3汤匙,酸梅酱 1汤匙,黑醋 1/2汤匙,麻油 1汤匙,胡椒粉 1茶匙

做法:

将素排骨用手撕成小块,加胡椒粉和麻油拌匀,腌制20分钟。

三色灯笼椒、红萝卜切成小方片。

辣椒酱、番茄酱、酸梅酱加入少许水调成浓汁,备用。

锅中烧热油,把腌好的素排骨下锅,炸到外脆内软,呈深棕色,捞起。

另起油锅,三色灯笼椒和红萝卜过油略炒。加入炸好的素排骨,倒入调好的汁以大火翻炒均匀,最后淋上黑醋起锅即可上桌。

Vegetarian Rib 1 packet,Green Capsicum 1 ea,Red Capsicum 1 ea,Yellow Capsicum 1 ea,Carrot 1/2 ea

Seasonings:

Chilli Sauce 3 tbsp,Tomato Sauce 3 tbsp,Sour Plum Sauce 1 tbsp,Black Vinegar 1/2 tbsp,Sesame Oil 1 tbsp,Pepper 1 tsp

Method:

Tear vegetarian ribs into small pieces. Add pepper and sesame oil to marinate for 20 minutes.

Cut the capsicums and carrots into small pieces.

Mix the chilli sauce, tomato sauce and sour plum sauce with 1 tbsp of water. Put aside.

Heat the wok with oil and deep fry the vegetarian ribs till it looks crispy outside.

Remove the ribs when it turns tan / dark orange.

Heat oil in a new wok and sauté the capsicums and carrots. Put in the fried ribs and add the seasoning. Use high heat to stir fry evenly. Lastly, put in the black vinegar. Serve.
